So busy!

Quick one just to say we are making things, we just have not found the time to take finished photos and put them up. They will come! If you want to see things Paul is making he often puts photos up progress photos on his Instagram @paulhainesdewsnip

Inside the dollhouse!

We are getting there with the inside of the dollhouse, walls are papered and painted. We have put in chimney breasts and hearths for the fire places. Also papered the stairs and hall to get a sharper finish on the stairs. Next up, the floors finishes. We have a few ideas for these so quiteContinue reading “Inside the dollhouse!”

Doll house facade

Part way through the doll house facade, got the window mullions and transoms to do but it is getting there. Spent quite a while on the windows, decided in the end to keep and repair the original windows and paint them up all shiny and as good as new (nearly). It’sContinue reading “Dollhouse”

We re-emerge!

It has been a while since we posted, apologies! Paul and I have been caught up in so many adventures but we’re still here, and we’re still working away. We are excited about opening up more (in a Covid-safe way) as restrictions are lifted, and we are preparing ourselves for the wave of work thatContinue reading “We re-emerge!”

Etched messages

I really enjoyed working on these, I’m pleased with how they came out. I want to spend some more time experimenting with different burs to see the effects. What do you think?

Brand New Website!

We have given the website a thorough overhaul! Feedback has shown us that, as we added more and more services the old website was getting harder to navigate and people were finding it harder to find examples of our work. So we made a new website which we think solves those problems. Please keep lettingContinue reading “Brand New Website!”
